A ceremonial announcement of the results of the IX annual award Consumer Rights and Service Quality was held on September 21, 2018. The company Ural Airlines was recognized as the best one in the nomination Retail Service, category Air transportation.

Annually among the laureates there are companies who are responsible respecting consumer rights, producing goods and providing services. By their actions, they justify confidence, the confidence of customers.
