On the Ural Airlines’ website you can book and pay for regular flights carried out by the company.
- On the main page of the website in the “Book a flight” section, enter the names of departure and arrival cities.
- In the “Flights” section you will see a schedule with fares, where you can select the flight and the subclass that you prefer. You also can change search settings: a flight date and a number of passengers. You are given 20 minutes to accomplish these steps. Attention! Read rules of a fare application, which you can open by clicking the subclass.
- The “Details” section will show you more details about a flight, differences between subclasses and detailed price of an airline ticket. In this section you can upgrade a service class. You are given10 minutes for this step.
- To continue your booking, specify your personal and contact data in the “Passenger” section. You are given 20 minutes for data entry.
- In the “Extra services” section you can select a seat on board, purchase an insurance policy (Avia or Travel) or refuse insurance services.
- On the “Payment” step you choose the method of payment and enter the bank card details and the payer’s contact information. You are given 30 minutes for this data entry.
- Then goes the “Confirmation” step, where you can examine your itinerary receipt or use the booking cancellation service. You are given 10 minutes for that.
Specify the number and categories of passengers. Attention! Tickets for infants and children under 12 cannot be booked separately, only in the same booking with adults. Choose a search type that is convenient for you: by schedule for chosen dates, by schedule for chosen dates +/- 3 days (to see the best prices). After choosing a search type, click “Book a flight”. To book a carriage with special conditions you need to go to the company’s own “offline” ticket offices.
Please note: Since the airline must guarantee the seat for a passenger which starts a booking, «the time limit» – is set in the system for the step-by-step booking process. The general time of a guaranteed seat retention for a client makes up 1 hour 30 minutes.
Attention! In case of entry of incorrect passenger data (name, date of birth, documents, visa) the passenger will be denied carriage.
Choosing a date of flight, please consider that the booking and payment online are available not less than 18 hours prior to departure.
